Well-designed insert; writing the months and days requires some effort, of course, but the flexibility is worth it. I wanted to start my monthly calendar in February 2025 instead of January 2025, and with this free insert, I could start at February rather than wasting a month like I would with a dated insert. I also like the margins for notes/todos. Plus, the MD paper is wonderful. The color is easy on the eyes, the writing experience is buttery smooth, and the paper even holds light watercolor.

This is my first Midori Travler's insert and I am in love with this cream paper! It's bitterly soft, really holds it's won against ink and watercolor and is somehow still super thing. It's such a dreamy texture.

I love Travelers Company's products but unfortunately I received this with a bend in it and a slight cut on one side. I don't blame Travelers Company as their products are usually high quality. I'd say this is the fault of bad packaging/package handling. I'm too lazy to return this so I'll keep it but I'd hope my next refill doesn't come in the same shape.

Having this blank/undated month at a glance in conjunction with the weekly planner/to do list Is the perfect system for me. The clean, uncluttered layout gives ample room for my needs without unwelcome distractions. I use small stickers or color to call my attention to birthdays and other family events. I use a blank booklet in addition to the month and weekly booklets to complete my Travelers setup. As a professional who has taught clients organizing skills for decades, I have put the Travelers system at the top of my list.

The paper is better than I thought, I have been using a fountain pen (Pilot Metropolitan Fine Tip) and there is not much if any feathering or bleeding through. I'm not sure if I am a big fan of this style of calendar but I will give it a shot.Update: Tried it for 6 months and hated it, good idea but doesn't work for me.

Excellent quality paper. Works with my fountain pen and doesn't bleed through despite the thin sheets. Midori paper is expensive, but it is definitely worth the price if you enjoy writing with fountain pens or pens that typically bleed through normal papers.

No 17 is a so called free - you write in days/months/year and dates yourself- monthly diary that allows you to see a month across a two page spread in a Midori Travelers Notebook, This is a specific system using elastics and there are no local sellers of this kind of product. The free postage while not quick was obviously an incentive, as was the appeal of using a Japanese company and the appeal of interesting packaging aroused my "nerdy" side. On a more practical note I find the paper substantial though still thin I use a coleto gel pen and the ink has no bleed threw, I add photos from my pogo printer often doodle and add other notes easily, the layout clear is with a year on two page spread at the beginning a sturdy kraft folder over 14 month diary diary, with extra blank note pages and a world map, I use this rather than an academic diary as this gives me flexibility of when I start and how I record the days The slim note book means I can sort and archive the material when the book is finished and refer to it later if necessary. expensive and not quick but worth it for me,
