Nice material. I made a new cross slide nut for my lathe. It machine very well and with little effort as brass is wont to do. I probably should have went with a bar with 1/8" larger dimension but that is on me and it worked out none the less. I have patronized this seller in the past for some aluminum more than once and have always been happy

Description says 1.00 , which is 25.4mm .... Item was 25mm, which unfortunately is the final machined size I need to get to.... When you state 1" and explicitly state 1.00 it better be close to that, not 15 thousandths off.My project is time sensitive, so I will proceed with using this, but I am a little disappointed to have to alter my design/specs.

This was just the right size and amount for a small project I was working. Not alot of waste. 1" square x 5" length.

I needed a large piece of brass for a project, and this piece of bar stock will work perfectly. It arrived sooner than expected, and the packaging was super.
