Product Description Flange is CNC cut from heavy steel plate to prevent warping, outlet pipe is SS NPT 1" pipe thread. Flange center hollow to hollow 1"968 = 50mm (see photos for details) Finding the Correct Pipe Thread Size National Pipe Threads (NPT) Pipe sizes do refer to physical dimensions, but the plumbing industry standard for the sizes of pipe is not always as straight-forward as measuring the pipe. Measuring the pipe will oftentimes mislead you into choosing the wrong pipe, so do take care. The "pipe thread size" as shown in column 3 of the table below is measured and based on the inside of the pipe. But, to actually determine the size of a pipe, the outside diameter of each pipe or fitting must be measured and compared to the table for size identification. For example, a 1" NPT pipe thread has an outside diameter of 1.308 inches. Each thread size has a defined number of threads per inch (TPI). The 1" NPT pipe thread has 11.5 threads per inch. Both the TPI (threads per inch) and OD (outside diameter) of the thread are required for positive identification of thread size because several sizes have the same TPI. Great quality piece,I didn't use it for an exhaust, I used it as a drain line adapter on a Watts RPZ and it was a perfect fit.

First off, the flanges are thick, welds appear good, and overall "ideally" better than stock; however, they are 110% too large to fit a Predator 670cc without mods. Also, the provided nuts are trash, basically- too large. I ended up cutting down a 9/16 socket to make it work. As-is, the nuts strike the pipe on each rotation. I would've just made my own if I knew these were so poorly designed.

Part looks good; however, it’s not exactly standard MPT. It’s Chinese MPT. Normally you can get two to three revolutions before it begins to tighten. NOT with this part. It will be tight at 3/4 to 1 turn. You can even see that the thread pitch is not standing pipe thread… my guess is Chinese metric or something they use in china.

Bought them for a honda gx620.Tge bokt pattern is the same but it's not a direct fit for a gx620(its not supposed to be)To fit a gx620 from you need to grind the flange or head fins to fit it on.Bolts line up and the gaskets work.To address the thread. It is infacr 1" NPT but whoever threaded it didn't make the cut deep enough.NPT is tapered......if using a die you need to thread it about 1/8" more to taper it enough to actually fit 1"NPT.I was able to barely start 1 thread by hand.A proper 1"NPT should go atleast 3 threads hand tight.None the less they worked and helped me out.Excellent looking construction for sure.
