Really pleased with these lab sampling spoons. I'm not using them for anything in a lab, but they are the perfect addition to my crafty workbench. I'm using them with mica powder, glitter and things like that and they are TERRIFIC! They feel very sturdy and I think they're going to last a long time. Just what I needed!

These are thicker and sturdier than the lab spatulas I remember from the labs I worked in during my young adulthood, during and after college. The shape is a little different too. However, these are working just fine for me to measure out various ingredients and give them a stir. I use these when measuring lye for soapmaking, cosmetic ingredients for formulation, and dye for dying fiber and they are working quite well for that. I don't have any need for the pointy end. Just a flat spatula with rounded edges would be best, but these work just fine.
