I actually purchased two of these for my restaurant and they worked fine for the first couple of months but now they don’t hold the paper roll in place and don’t work. I definitely don’t recommend this item.

The item specifications state that 4 C Cell batteries are required (doesn't say weather included or not), but this unit requires D cell batteries that ARE included. Other than the battery issue ... the unit works well and easy to install.
