Looks nice. It’s made of real metal and not just a metal colored plastic. You need to use alcohol to wipe down the wall (area) that you want to stick this to (need to supply this on your own). Wait and let it dry thoroughly before trying to stick it on. According to directions, wait 24 hours before putting toilet paper on it.So far so good and it’s been staying on pretty well.

This is a spacer for sure. I like how versatile this was and how lightweight. It looks great and the adhesive seems very strong. Great value for a wonderful price.

1. When installing the holder, make sure to check that there is enough clearance for a full roll of paper. I have a 1" overhang on my vanity, and had to lower the holder when I tried to replace the roll with a full roll.2. Install the holder with the bar arm on the side you tear off the paper from. When the paper roll is low, if you have it the other way around, the paper roll just comes off. With the bar arm on the side you tear the paper off, the arm will keep the roll in place. It is very sticky. I have had to remove it twice, to correct for my errors, and it is still staying attached to the cabinet..The end cap of the holder is a bit rough, but not too bad.
