I got this to use as sound deadening for my cargo cover. This worked wounderfully.I have a Focus ST and with the ride being a bit stiffer the cargo cover bounces going over anything at all! And you could easily hear that it did. I added a few small strips along the contact points and now I don't notice it bouncing over the bumps.Overall, this was perfect for my needs, it was easy to use and to quite up the rear of my car. 100% worth it

Good light-absorbing surface. The adhesive is extremely thin and does not inspire confidence.I used this stuff to line the inside surfaces of my 2 copies of the Nikon FTZ-II lens adapter, which needs additional blackening due to Nikon's cheapo design compared to the original FTZ. It's been in the FTZII's for over six months and hasn't detached, so...so far so good.

I used this to cover the raw edge of some small chicken wire we used to replace glass in a cabinet. It made it smooth and professional looking.

I used this in my 2015 Cayman where the driver side seatbelt buckle contacts the right side thigh bolster and squeaks when I drive my car as well as placing a small piece in the center console latch where it creaks when I lean on it.In both areas, the squeaking and creaking was stopped immediately. The tape adheres very well, was easy to cut, and it was easy to remove the adhesive backing. Full marks for this product.

Used this to wrap around some metal edges for a display. This was perfect! Thin, sturdy, very sticky adhesive and the velvet is still plush and protective. The backing adhesive was very easy to remove.
