The product is lightweight and easy to use it. It is value for money and good for occasional use for my hobby work.For hobby diy project, this is a very good product. If you are looking for professional use for frequently required, you may gor for more sturdy ones with metal body.

The calipers were great, I got to use them on a couple of projects, and they can easily substitute a pair of expensive ones for most projects. However, the durability of the caliper tips leaves something to be desired. After only a few uses, the tips began to show signs of wear and tear, particularly when used on harder surfaces. This might not be a big deal for light or occasional work, but it is something to keep in mind. They also come with a spare battery, which is good considering they come on automatically when you move the prongs.

Good product, accurate, value for money, it's a plastic base but solve my problem and also accurate thickness can be checked. So overall good product.also got extra cell free so that's good .

Arrived as advertised. Easy to assemble just open the battery chamber and pull the tab and your good to go. Also comes with a spar battery! I use it to measure Wood thickness and tab size on my laser cutter projects. Checked accuracy up against a metric ruler that I had been using, seemed on the money.

I've use a dozen or so calipers over the years and with the exception of 1 they all worked fine. 2 were on the premium side the rest in the 20-50 dollar range.These are the cheapest I have used and I won't confuse them with the others as far as look and feel go. So why 5 stars? Because the 100% work and are 100% available to me at all times. I don't have to put them back in a case, I don't have to be precious with them. I through them in the tool bag, I put them in my back pocket. You know what else? The battery doesn't die as often as the higher end models I have/had.Yes one day I will sit on them or spill glue on them but I will have gotten my $7 worth 10 times over and order another one without a thought
