I have not had a chance to fill these tanks with compressed gas. I need to get a compressor to do soap. I am becoming increasingly more and more interested in these small capacity scuba tanks. I’d like the ability to interchange them and to utilize them in depth of less than one atmosphere. Not sure how this will work with the full face, it will be interesting to try, the concept is very good and I am very excited about it

The CHIKADIV 0.5l Mini Scuba Tank with Full Face Snorkel Mask is a nice little "emergency" tank for a short dive or snorkeling. My brother's boat recently got its anchor stuck on a reef at 20' and this emergency tank is the perfect device to dive down and release the anchor from where it's bound. This kit doesn't come with a way to add the needed compressed 3,000 psi air into the tank. I opted for the manual pump due to its price compared to the electric one. It took a lot of work to fill this 1/2L pressure vessel, but it works.Apart from the SCUBA side, the mask and snorkels make a great combo for hanging at the reefs looking for fish, shells, or whatnot. I love how unrestricted your views are with this type of mask.I'm not an expert in pressure vessel design, but the unit appears to be of high quality. Also, SCUBA is a dangerous hobby. Please make yourself aware of the dangers, limitations, and qualifications that you need before purchasing and operating this unit.I've enjoyed this little unit and will continue to use it for shallow, short dives and snorkeling.

The quality of the mask and all of the components here is pretty impressive. This mask and the snorkel set alone make this is a really nice, compact set that the average person could have and use on vacation, even pack while traveling. The plastic forms a tight seal to the face and it's totally comfortable breathing through the mask. I am not an advid diver or anything, but I can tell right away the difference in quality with this mask and the cheap ones we usually buy when we go on beach or ocean vacations.The tank is kind of an anomoly to me. The instructions make it seem like there is a way to just pump this up yourself to create a pressurized canister that you can take diving, but I am not quite sure how that works. You may need to take it to a diving place to get it filled, and maybe that is just the easiest route.Either way, I think it's a great idea for someone who just wants a high quality ametuer set up for snorkeling and diving.

This mask and tank combo came with 2 instruction books. 1 was a quick, how to assemble. The other was a more detailed book. I was able to assemble the mask just fine. You really don't need a manual for that anyway. There is NOTHING in all the reading on how to fill the tank. I don't even know what adapter I need to buy to fill it. My bicycle pump won't work on it because it won't fit anywhere. If you buy this, it will just sit. You cannot use it. I will have to do some research on how to fill this. I do not even think my dive shop can fill it. Hopefully google will help me out. This is a useless purchase. Basically you just buy a 239 dollar mask. This company could do better at explaining how to use this product. I even went back to product page to see if there was anything that tells me what to do to fill it. Don't waste your money.

Weither you use the scuba part or not this kit reeks of awesomeness! This kit comes with a well built case, which assembly and disassembly only takes about 2 minutes after you figure it out the first time. I also love that you can mix and match by just trying snorkeling, scuba with mask, or use just the bottle with your own mask, or just use the scuba tank for a backup/ emergency. A plus, love it 😀 😍 ❤️!!!!

This Mini Scuba Tank with Full Face Mask is extremely nice quality. It came with a very nice case that holds all of the components of this scuba tank set up. I haven't filled the tank yet, I do have a scuba tank pump that should work to fill it with. Our family loves to snorkel the reefs in the Keys and this is going to be a wonderful addition to our snorkel trips.

Can't use this a second time without the adapter. Wish they would raise the price a few dollars and include the adapter.It's a fun product and you can experiment with it close to home. Or if this is just used as a backup you can go out on an adventure. Like a spare tire.But it's cute and small and so fun for a few minutes. It's a fun way to let someone try out scuba diving that otherwise wouldn't. They can get over their fear with a test drive of this fun set and you might have a new convert.I like that it has the set up for snorkeling as well.Very versatile and fun.Just include the adapter! Then you'll get 5 stars!
