Lightweight construction. That was expected given the low price. But what is irritating is that a card cannot be inserted into the spine to identify the contents of the binder as the outer plastic does not have cutouts for the rivet that binds the 3 rings to the cover. The rivet goes through the outer plastic layer blocking access for the card. The photo shows the new binder on the left that does not allow the paper to be inserted, the old binder on the right easily accommodates the paper insert.

We use the binders for choir members. The one inch black binders are perfect to hold Sunday mass music and other music we are practicing for future occasions .
