Out of all of the 8 binders in the pack only one had slight issues. The rest have worked out really well and without issues. The one with issues were because of its rings weren't correctly aligned. This would have caused lots of issues when trying to slide documents along the rings.I was able to get the rings back into a workable state completely by hand without a whole lot of effort though. And so I won't deduct any stars as this could have happened during shipping.

It's a fine binder with the ability to put in a front and rear cover page. There's two inside pockets. The ring binder system opens and closes in a very taut way. The only missing feature is the inability to add a cover for the spine.

My wife runs her own business which is a small World wide travel and hiking company. I do her accounts. We use a lot of binders for bank statements, credit card statements transaction records and other records. We have several hundred transactions per year and I can usually get sixth months of receipts and bills in a single one inch binder so using two for a whole year. That means that each binder gets used intensively and is opened and checked almost every day. When the year is over they can finally get a rest and they are archived on the top shelf but they must be reliable enough to quickly find a record to solve some old tax problem and similar. In the past I have trawled the whole gamut of brand names binders and cheapo binders from Amazon. I can't say that the expensive ones are noticeably better. These binders from XRUNMIX already make me happy. The covers are strong and stiff with a thick layer of whatever is inside the cover boards. The white vinyl is bright and clean looking. Not blinding snow white but good enough for government work. The chrome plated ring clip mechanisms are soft enough that they can be opened manually by pulling the rings with your fingers or with the lever clips at the top and bottom. Binder where the springs are like a bear trap are annoying if you are forced to use the levers every single time. It's good to have either option. when they close the teeth line up correctly too. I used to use the D type rings but they get annoying very quickly. I now think a one inch circular ring binder is the perfect type and these binders from XRUNMIX are pretty close to the perfect binder. One slight unusual thing is that the transparent sliding pockets on the inside front cover are just the left diagonal corner rather than the horizontal pocket. I have a great new idea which is that I store those little self adhesive hole reinforcing rings in the pockets and they are ready for a quick repair when necessary. The front cover, back cover and spine all have transparent sliding pockets for labels. It really is worth spending a few minutes making neat, readable and consistent labels by laying them out on a spreadsheet or whatever and printing on the laser printer. I can find any document for the last 20 years in less than a minute every time. No floundering around and it makes you feel professional too. These binders from XRUNMIX are great!

These helped me with organizing papers. Sat down with a 3 whole punch and got busy. They have the plastic on the front and back so you can label the folder on a sheet of printer paper or whatever with a sharpie and slide it in. If you change your mind later just pull it out, throw it away and slide in a new one. The seem sturdy enough. The rings close together tightly. No issues with 3 cases of them.
