These are great and a great price vs big box store. I bought them to attach notched 2x6s to make a gate. They seem to be better than I needed.

Good clean bolts appear to be in new condition A few of the bolts (4 or 5) in the box of 100 had dirty threads but wiped off easily. Not sure what it was, maybe dirt.
