The item was shipped to Germany and arrived in perfect condition.Given the price, we naturally expected cheap workmanship and poor luminosity.We were very surprised when we installed the Traffic Adviser in our vehicle. The remote control is simple but very solidly constructed, and the amber lights are very bright.The remote control cable could be a meter longer (Ford Crown Victoria).But here you get good performance for little money. We are very satisfied.

Looks like the build quality is up to par for an inside the vehicle installation. I really like how the output of the lights punches thru rear window tint (factory 20% stuff). The integrated controller works well without having to tear the vehicle apart to run wires to an independent control box, or having to use flimsy switches on a plug. Easy to install behind the rear hatch of my SUV.

The aftual light seems like its good build quality and is plenty bright. I wasnt too satisfied with the flash modes it has as most of them are a reoeat of the same flash style just slightly different.My main issue is the Amazon facility again and again failing to properly package these things resulting in product damages on multiple orders. Even the replacement order got beat up because the Amazon facility it came from couldnt figure out how to package a box.

Light was great. And really brite Wish I could rate it a 5 star. But. The light stopped flashing. After a week. And. I don’t think they will take it back. After I. Cut the. Wire going to the remote wasn’t long enough. So I extended it. Wish it still worked well built just didn’t last. Would love to have another.

Good value for the money, incredibly bright, really nice switch panel, I've purchased really expensive lighting from the more mainstream companies for my truck which tbh wasn't really worth it & some were because I'm still using a couple after 18 years in my back window from a reputable American company.I've also bought others in this price range & build quality which burnt out way too early, but so far this is better than those I really like this one.

This is my second light I’ve ordered. The first one arrived damaged and only worked for about a minute before it failed to receive power anymore.This new lightbar is installed in a VFD Tahoe in the rear window. It’s permanently mounted with self drilling screws. The suction cups provided do provide great suction power if the glass or surface is flat, but the Tahoe window is curved and thus they wouldn’t properly adhere.Brightness is fantastic, especially given the price point. It’s not a Whelen but it’s much better than any other non-whelen competitor I’ve seen thus far. Even through heavy tint on the rear window, this light is perfectly visible in daytime and especially at night.The controller is large enough to use without looking at it, and small enough that you can mount it anywhere using a little double sided tape. The flash pattern indicator is a great addition. I’ve seen many traffic advisors that just have buttons with no visual aid and they just expect you know what the current pattern is.Overall, the light is a solid 4/5 as far as I’m concerned. Brightness could be a little brighter (even if the price point goes up) and perhaps in the future include an option for the light modules at each end of the bar to be made red/blue. At this price point, though, it’s definitely a great buy.*UPDATE AS OF 06/27/2024*This light continues to perform very well. It's just as bright now as it was when I purchased, and it has received many compliments. The only bad thing is that when in use, it floods the vehicle with radio-frequency interference. The RF interference is so bad that it drowns out incoming and outgoing radio transmissions with static. This was an issue as soon as it was installed but it was thought that the static could be worked around, but it simply cannot. The RF static even hits on radios outside the vehicle in close proximity.If Xprite offered an upgraded version with the RF interference eliminated then I would purchase it. As it stands, the unit will be removed from the unit.
