My first one came with the USB recharge port broken, Customer service sent me a new one after verifying what was wrong with the original one. I love this unit, I carry it on my motorcycle, and have used it to jump cars, bikes, trucks. I have pumped tires on my bike, a couple of cars, and even a Dodge Ram with a flat (that's a lot of air). It pumps fairly quickly, much faster than other portable pumps I've had.

This is a must have for your car! I purchased this a while back but I haven’t needed it until lately. We stopped for lunch one day and saw someone not able to start their car. It was the perfect time to try it out! It was fast and easy to hook it up, and their car started right up! Yesterday my warning light showed that my tires were a little low. Once again it was fast and easy to hook up and inflate! You can set the psi or it automatically selects 36 when you select auto. When you put it on your tire, it shows the tire pressure. The battery life is great and it’s easy to charge. It took about 1/2 the battery to jump start the car, and very little to fill up the tires. It comes with a charging cable. It is compact and easy to store in your car. It takes up less room than traditional jumper cables and much easier to use. I just purchased 2 more for my daughter and husband. Great quality!

This is basically a 3-in-1 jump starter with air compressor and flashlight and its awesome! It's been a lifesaver for me in different ways. First off, it's a total game changer for dead batteries and flat tires. No more waiting around for help or having to drive unsafely to the gas station. The air compressor is a VERY useful feature that’s why I went with this one and not the others. I use it all the time to pump up soccer balls, basketballs, and other things the kids have laying around it's so convenient! The battery is massive, and the whole thing is compact and portable and that’s one of the most important things. Oh, and the built in flashlight? Such a handy little feature specially because it actually flashes and it can alert drivers if you happen to get a flat at night or something. I've had zero issues with the jump starter it works like a charm! My battery died last week and I got late to work so I needed one of these and this one is the best one money can buy. I’d say this thing is a must have for anyone who wants peace of mind on the road. It's become a real hero in my emergency and car essentials kit.

Nice It started my car without any problem, the battery was low and it's cold, the temperature was 45F, it also started other cars bigger than mine, good power, with a single charge you can start the car several times, It has a protective box which It feels resistant, solid, made of good material, easy to carry, very convenient to protect everything and carry everything, the cables and adapters have good material, they are strong, it feels resistant, and thick, the charger is USB C, which is very updated, and fast, it is completely new, well packaged, the buttons respond quite quickly without delays, the emergency lights are very good, and very helpful, good light and it has several changes of emergency lights very well, I feel safer if I have to stop at night on the street, it has a weight that I like which means It comes with quite a few materials, I also used it to inflate the tires of my car which inflated quickly and without any problem it shows me how much air it has and how much air is entering, very convenient which helps me save money on fuel and pay to add air at the gas station, I also filled the bicycle tire very quickly, It also comes with adapters to inflate basketballs, soccer balls and more, I can also use it as a backup battery to charge my cell phones, laptop or any electronic device, multiple uses, I am happy with the product
