Product arrived just three days after I ordered it and I live in Canada! Fantastic service! Now on to the sled itself. What can I say - you get what you pay for. Admittedly it isn’t cheap but it is well designed, made from quality materials and sufficiently rugged enough to survive the workshop environment and time. I am yet to actually put this sled to use but set up was a breeze. Clear easy to follow instructions as you would expect, and I believe further customizable judging by the individual components available on Woodhaven’s website. I am sure its performance will more than meet my expectations. This is a quality product!

I was hoping the sled would stand up to the more expensive sleds I researched, and I was happily surprised. The assembly instructions were fantastic, making assembly a snap. The coping sled is beefy, the hold downs are well padded and very secure, the miter slot bar has nylon adjusters to eliminate play and slop, and the whole thing is quite professional for much less money than the name brand sleds. It makes me want to look into their other products.

Compared to the other sleds being made, this one is a very overpriced piece of junk.

Plastic Zero Tolerance Adjustment Screws were worn, frozen, and stripped from adjustmentby hex wrench. The screw were probably coated with locktite. I had to drilled out the screws,re-thread slide bar (1/4 inch 28 thread tap) and replace the screws. Woodhaven was kind enoughto send me replacement screws for free, because they are hard to get, except in bulk.Product was fine otherwise.

The Woodhaven 526 coping sled is a necessity for both professionals and home shop enthusiasts. Making rail and stile cuts for cabinet doors is so easy using this sled as it holds the material firmly and accurately during shaping passes. Great for working small pieces too! "Safety First" is my mantra in the shop, and the use of this coping sled delivers on that goal. Set up is quick and easy and the sled accommodates the majority of work piece lengths and widths. I use mine on my Kreg router table/precision fence system with amazing results. I've looked at many coping sleds, but the Woodhaven 526 offered the best combination of features, safety, and value.

i've used coping sleds before, and this i the best one i've used yet. Nice sturdy phenolic platform with predrilled holes, slots, etc... making assembly easy. I use this mainly on my shaper for making the stile/rails for cabinet doors, and it does a good job.

Purchased a couple months ago. Item was as described and shipping was quick. Have made 25 or so rail and stile doors since and sled does an excellent job on cope cuts. I especially like design where you can clamp rite next to router table fence if necessary. Made some really short rails [1 5/8" overall], and clamps held firm. Only issue was when assembling found holes in mounting blocks and toggle clamps wouldn't line up correctly, but had some other toggle clamps just like'em only older and they worked perfectly. That worked for me just fine,so saved me from reaming out holes in mount blocks. Sled is well built and user friendly.

Sled was easy to put together and very well made. Components are not cheap and the fit is good. First shot produced great stiles and rails. Instructions for use say that you can use it against the router fence (vs. using the track and guide). Since my table does not have a track parallel to the fence/router plate, I used it without the guide and placed the edge against the fence. That is a little iffy as the cutter blades almost dug into the sled which could ruin the edge. I am rebuilding my router table so that it has a channel and will install the guide on the sled. Other than that, great product.
