WOD SNC-289N is High Quality Carton Sealing Tape Dispenser that comes with an innovative ergonomic pistol grip design to reduce hand-fatigue and improve handling comfort making it conducive for using in any working environment. The high quality metal construction insulates the mechanism to ensure durability and longevity. The advanced loading design allows you to install a new tape roll quickly and assures no splitting or tearing. This high quality dispenser is engineered with a mousetrap noise protective cost-efficient design to reduce the repulsive sound occurred during tape dispensing. A serrated anti-corrode cutter blade with safety cover is included to this dispenser to provide clean cut. Its natural rubber roller creates static clip string that helps reposition the tape automatically after dispensing.
The dispenser fits tape up to 2 inch Wide Tape and is designed to support 5 inch outside roll diameter.

GUN IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO LOAD BUT OTHERWISE WORKS BETTER THAN THE OTHER ONE WE HAD. THE GUN HOLDS THE TAPE ROLL IN PLACE AND DOESN'T ALLOW IT TO SHIFT WHEN IN USE.

This gun is awesome. I've used many different guns over the years and this is the best. The tape lays down nice and cuts perfect, no jagged edges or tape pieces stuck in the blade. Smooth and quiet(er), lower force needed. Better!

I really like this tape gun. You have to remember to put the tape all the behind the bottom roller in order for it to be silent, if you skip it, it will still work fine, and even be a bit quieter than other dispensers, but just have to put in the extra work to get it loaded right.It also seems to work better on some rolls than others, so try different tapes. Overall it's awesome with any roll.

It's not as quiet as expected. but it's quieter than normal tape guns. The handle is thicker than other tape guns sold here on amazon.

It is a wonderful tape gun. Heavy duty. Everyone at work wants to borrow my tape gun. The noise level is reduced compared to a normal work tape gun. Light in the wrists. Highly recommend it's worth the price.

TL;DR: Great quality tape guns. No complaints!A little backstory of how I got here..For the first several months of selling on various e-commerce platforms, I was using a different brand of tape gun that I absolutely hated (pictured, far right on second picture). It was the traditional style of tape gun, with the tape roll attached to a spinning piece and a center knob to adjust the tension.I was beyond frustrated because it was very loud and the tape constantly needed re-adjusting. The tape would slide off the edge of the gun - causing the tape to fold over while dispensing. A majority of the time, the tape did not lie flat on my packages, which was very frustrating. This not only was an eyesore, but a waste of time and tape, as I had to use double the tape to ensure the package was sealed properly. I tried several different types of tape, but still had the same poor results. Eventually, I just chalked it up as a design flaw.Fed up, I went back on Amazon to find a different tape gun that wouldn’t give me the same issues. I decided to try this tape gun and I am so happy that I did!It dispenses and cuts perfectly, and is definitely more quiet than other tape guns that I’ve used. I bought the larger one for 3” wide tape first, and loved it so much that I returned and bought the 2”.I’ve been using them daily for the past 3-4 months and they’ve been holding up well, so I don’t think there is going to be a problem with their durability.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the performance of these tape guns. If I could go back and change anything, I probably would have gotten rid of my old one and bought these ones sooner.
