This is a wonderful set of many latch locks! We needed to replace almost every window in our old house. The springs were missing in some of these. If you need to use them all, you may be short also.I am happy with the quality of these and how easy it is to install them. The 40 quantity made it easier to get the job done with one order! We will know in time if there are issues. No issues with them yet!

Bought these to replace our damaged locks on our older windows and they fit in the original mounting locations with little effort. Had to redrill the second hole and reuse the screws from the original locks.

These latches for drop down windows were for replacements for our home - they were ent to install and work fine

"I purchased window latches for my old vinyl windows, and I was extremely pleased with the value for the price. I easily removed the old broken latches and installed the new ones without any issues. They functioned perfectly. While I can't speak to their longevity or if they match the original manufacturer's quality, I had no problems during installation and they've worked just fine so far."

These should not even be allowed for sale on Amazon. They are that cheap. I literally tested one to see how easily it slides. The springs flew out, hit me in the face. The whole thing fell apart. These are piece of junk cheap plastic. Amazon should forbid them from being for sale on the website especially for $20!!!
