Works very well for our dogs. Make sure to train them on the sound before shocking them. Money well spent

My golden retriever responded very well to this device. Instructions were clear and within a few days our dog obeyed the boundaries and did not wander. The device itself worked without any problems for 8 months of almost daily use until it lost power one day and could not be reprogrammed. The Wiez Technical support were excellent. They responded within 24 hours and within another 24 hours they volunteered to replace the unit and paid for express delivery. Very impressed with the product and the company’s after sales care.

We have bought 4 of these they work great for about 8 months then you they start having problems holding the perimeter, beep & shock (on 1) my doginside for no reason. This one i decided to get my money back and move on, we were given an email that is incorrect their phone is hard to get thru on. They have a 1 year warranty and that is what we are trying to get. I have given them alot of business and figured maybe their life span is only 9 mos, if so they should be more upfront about it. After all they have gotten $400.00 for a product that doesn't work past a year, just want my money back for 1 that I purchased on 1/6/2024.

I was very happy with this product when I initially purchased it. The collar did exactly what it should and worked amazing, I was finally starting to teach my dog her boundaries. Of course it was too good to be true, just after the return period ends the battery stopped holding a charge. Now it won’t connect to gps even if you do manage to get it to turn on. Was a pricey investment for very little use.

We live in a rural area and the neighborhood dogs all run around to keep the deer and predeators away from the gardens and chickens. However, our unaltered male coonhound decided to make it clear to the neighbors that he was claiming their porch as his own by marking it so we had to institute some boundaries. Fencing in such a large property is cost prohibitive. Setting this up was relatively easy but it is HARD to push the buttons, I get that this is to keep the dog from being able to reset it when wrestling and playing but man, I had a tough time. Plus since you need to be in the center of the radius you're setting, it was super hard to see the screen in the bright sun, both problems I could get past. My biggest complaint about the product is the collar. It's thin, flimsy, and it's not going to make it long, it's already got cracks in the reflective portion from just about a week of use. I did train the dog to the boundary on the lowest shock setting and it seemed to be working UNTIL some strange loose dogs showed up and were too appealing and our stubborn boy ran right through the boundary chasing after them. I went looking for him but he was long gone. After spending a night posting on all the neighborhood lost pet groups, he finally rolled back in at 3 am. This apparently taught him that he could run through the boundary and it would eventually stop shocking him because when he returned, I upped the shock from a 1 to a 3 but he then ran through it again to go see the neighbors. So, we had to up the shockto a 5 and so far he seems good and concerned about approaching the boundary. It's nice that I can set it to beep because we did have one fluke where it was giving him correction on the porch and I noted it had a low battery so I turned it off, recharged it, recentered it and we haven't had any issues since. I tend to take him out on a lead with it and test the boundary every time we go to feed the chickens by taking it off him and letting it zap my hand as I approach the boundary. He prefers to just sit down on this side of the boundary and refuse to approach it and then gets lots of praise and treats for his obedience to the boundary. I'd give it 5 stars if it had a more durable collar (which I am going to replace as soon as I make it out to the pet store later) and if it hadn't had that one glitch when the battery was getting low. I don't fully trust it yet, and I don't fully trust him yet. So, I'm being cautiously optimistic that set to a medium shock setting he'll be more observant of the boundary even when new enticements like roaming dogs show up. Hopefully our doggo will decide to stay inside the boundary so we can just let him roam as he was meant to do to protect the homestead from the deer. They've been after our orchard trees already this year so we really need the dog to be able to run the property. The only thing I kind of wish is I could set it to give him a bigger radius on one side than the other since our house isn't centered on our property and to keep him from being able to access the neighbor's property, I have to either hike up the hill to the center of our property or reduce his radius so that he can't access all of our property on the west side of our house. We don't have animals or gardens up on that side, so it's not that big deal. I considered a gps location collar for this reason but dismissed them because of cost and reviewers that had issues with them not working properly. So far, I'm satisfied that we bought this collar and aside from those two issues, it seems to be doing the job. If you have a really stubborn dog, just be aware the lowest shock settings may be considered just suggestions. I still may have to go up higher, we're set on a 5 right now and to me that's painful, but i'm not wearing a fur coat. Levels 1 through 3 were too low to be a deterrent when there were appealing things like dogs on the other side of the boundary. One thing that would be super awesome is if there was a future version with an option to add in an underground cable barrier for an exclusion zone within the allowed radius. It would be nice to exclude him from the blueberry bushes since it's his favorite place to dig. I can't restrict him from that area because they're between the house and the orchard that he needs to be able to protect from the deer. It's not a huge area and it would be nice to just put in a small area of burried cable, maybe with a small staked in solar panel to power it for exclusion zones. Maybe something for the company to work on for futuer generations of the product.

UPDATED - Excellent Customer Service! The collar purchased a few months ago has worked very well with our dog and we’ve been very happy. A couple of weeks ago, however, it starting losing its GPS pinpoint. It would activate inside the set zone and go off. I would reset it but it would still go off inside the set zone. This happened several times. Wiez was contacted about it and I received a response within an hour that Wiez would send a replacement collar free of charge. The fast response and free replacement was very much appreciated. Great customer service!!Great Product- Has Really Helped! This collar has helped so much with our recently adopted dog and keeps her close to home! She is high energy and is always running around but would go too far. She had developed a bad habit of going off to nearby neighbors and roaming deep into the woods and then started following cars and delivery trucks out to the main road where she could be hit. We live about a quarter mile off the main road.I purchased the Wiez GPS and it works GREAT! Set up was easy, just follow the directions provided. It is set at 100 meters and that setting gives her plenty of room to play and roam through the woods chasing squirrels but staying within sight. Battery life is good and usually lasts about 12 to 15 hours. She sleeps in at night so it is recharged overnight. We do turn it off at night about once a week so we can reset it the next morning with the satellites. We live in a wooded area with a pond and there seems to be no problem with water or the GPS connection with the satellites despite the trees. At the beginning, I started out with all three modes, beep, vibration and shock ( level 4 ). After a couple of weeks I turned off the shock mode since it isn’t needed now. She quickly learned her limits and her area and stops immediately when it beeps and vibrates. I would definitely recommend this product!

I bought this product in April, it worked great and my dog accepted his boundaries. The shock mode stopped working and I contacted tech support. They replied promptly and sent me a replacement collar under warranty.
