I’ve used the ladder for almost six months.Pros: It was easy to attach the padded side handrails and they are helpful, non-slip steps with deep groves feel solid, it folds and opens easily, easy to store and not too heavy or awkward to move upstairs when needed. Good value for the money.Cons: Delivery was slower than expected, almost three weeks instead of 4-5 days. I messaged Cust Serv & was told it was due to peak season logistics. Unfortunately the ladder is not quite as stable as I had hoped when climbing up, so be careful - maybe the flaring at the bottom or lack of weight compared to the steps??? Missing tool bag, so I’ve done a little work around by looping one handle of a recycle bag to attach to the top of the ladder for tools.Opinion of 67 year old woman :)

Easy to bolt together. Very solid but heavy and hard to find a place to store away. Sure footing and the handles are great. Tool pouch looks like it could be sewn together better with heavier duty stiching. Not sure why the top of the tool pouch was not designed to be sewn together but it stays in place ok. Rubber feet are great for indoor use and stays put.

This is the perfect ladder for inside my home. Have a vaulted ceiling & the smoke detectors are a little too high. Having the extra step give the height & let’s me change the batteries much more easily. Very sturdy & stays where you place it. I’m 5’5” & 240#, confident using this ladder.

I love this step stool! I ordered the black one, it's very sturdy. It's so sturdy that I opted not to add the handrails on the sides. The 3rd step reaches very high and I feel very safe holding on to the top rail. It folds up easily and is a little heavier than I expected, but that's because it's sturdy and safe. I will enjoy using this for many wall murals to come! I'm glad I got it, the step stool I was using before was smaller and did not have handrails or feel safe.

Bought this ladder to replace my old wood ladder that was getting wobblier as the years went by. Since at 76 I'm getting wobblier myself I wanted something that was solid to give me confidence when getting up to 8ft+ ceilings for replacing lights or cleaning fans, etc. This ladder is everything I'd hoped for. The steps are firm and deep... no need to hang your heels off the step. The four-step version I bought gets me as high as I need to go with a solid top handrail to keep a grip on once I'm up there. The side handrails are nice but not as important to me as the top rail... however they do add another level of safety and that's not a bad thing. You do have to bolt the side and top rail to the ladder when you receive it but it's a simple process that I'm sure about anyone can handle. It comes with a tool bag, or pouch, that slips over the top rail and is very handy for keeping stuff at your fingertips so trips up and down the ladder are kept to a minimum. The ladder isn't light so some may have a little trouble carrying it around. One of the reasons for the weight is the fact that the steps are heavy gauge metal with rubber step surface. A lot of the other ladders of this type that don't weigh as much have plastic steps... not just the surface, but the whole step. I'll take the extra weight and the extra sturdiness the metal steps give you. I give this product 5 stars and don't have any "cons".

Every once in a great while I find a product on Amazon that truly does make my life easier and proves to be a great value. This 3-step ladder is one of those amazing buys.I have tinnitus, which sometimes causes a bit of an inner-ear imbalance problem. I don't get dizzy, but I sometimes do a feel a bit unsteady on my feet, especially if I'm standing on something other than solid ground. Consequently, I don't feel very stable using a simple 2-step folding step stool I have had for years. But I'm petite (only 5'1"), so using a step ladder is an absolute necessity around the house.I was recently working on a project for which I needed a bit more height but I was nervous about feeling unsteady on a higher ladder. I saw this ladder and it seemed to be the answer to my worries, so I ordered it.I am happy to say it lived up to all its claims. It was extremely easy to assemble (I am FAR from "handy" so if I could put it together, anyone can) and pretty lightweight. It easily folds and hangs out of the way on a hook in my garage when I'm not using it. Having the padded side rails made all the difference!! I felt very secure even when standing on the very top step. It felt very stable and was easy to set up, move to different spots, fold closed, carry, and put away. I also liked the tool bag that was included. The bag meant I could stash the items I was hanging within reach so I didn't have to keep climbing up and down. Some people have complained that the ladder is pretty narrow nd therefore difficult to fit your body in between. I can see that possibly being the case. I'm small and weigh about 130 pounds and wear single-digit sizes, so for me the width was more than enough, but a large person might have difficulty with this ladder.
