The case fit my Zoom H6 nicely. If I were to change something, I would have a full-coverage net pocket with a zipper on the inside of the lid, so my batteries and cable don't slide around.The size is just big enough to close around the recorder with the spongy muff over the XY microphones and some other small items in the lid basket such as 4 AA batteries, a smaller recorder, a lav mic, and the USB cable.It's great.

Threw it out 10 minutes after receiving. It absolutely STINKS - emits a noxious odor that is a cross between a forest fire and a chemical dump. Avoid this item!

This case is bigger fits my zoom h6 perfect with room to spare. I am able to put extra batteries on the pocket size.

This holds my Zoom H6 securely with enough room for an attachment and some cables but without taking too much space.It has survived several trips internationally and within the US. I have no complaints and am completely satisfied with my purchase

I have both a Zoom H6 and Tascam Portacapture X8. This case fits either recorder in one side of the case. The lid of the case also has lots of room for accessories such as cables. It's a hard ballistic nylon type case and offers some crush resistance within a bag; however, there is no padding on the inside at all. This is not a problem for the Zoom H6 because its XYH-6 microphone module is built like a tank, but it's more concerning for my Portacapture X8 because the microphone module is flimsy plastic.Overall, the case is decent for the price and does its job.
