My wife has been complaining about the stove for about four years. I can’t believe all I had to do was replace the base. I also replaced the hat, the top piece, and now the flame burns perfectly.I had one part of the burner that was flaring out. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After a lot of research, I found out that sometimes spills can warp the hat or the base.
