Monoculaire assez compact et pas très lourd, ne se sent pas trop dans le sac à dos de rando.L'image est nette et la luminosité plutôt bonne , le grossissement suffisant car nécéssitant parfois de prendre appui pour stabiliser l'image.c'est un produit très correct pour son prix, à emporter partout....

I bought this because my binoculars are too cumbersome/heavy. The magnification and clarity on this scope are great and it's super easy to use! It's a little heavy, but for the price, it's a great telescope. Definitely going to replace my binoculars.

I do a lot of birding and use binoculars and occasionally a monocular on a frequent basis. Here are my thoughts on the SCOKC Waterproof Monocular Telescope:1) I did do some back of the napkin calculations and they confirmed that this is about a 12X mag monocular. I like checking because often manufacturers tend to stretch the truth.2) The front lens cap is attached to the unit which is real nice, but the rear lens cap is not. So, you still have to hold and not lose a lens cap when you are using it to identify that rare bird.3) The optics are good but not great. I am not sure what type of top prism they are using, but I do see a little color distortion.4) With the incredibly short length, which makes it nice to carry around, it makes it hard to keep the image stable while viewing. 12X is probably too much magnification for the small length of unit. I will probably purchase a monopod to use this monocular so that I can keep the image stable.5) I know this is obvious from the 32mm objective lens, but it does not let in a lot of light. This unit does not work well in low light situations. It just does not have enough light gathering on the front. But there are trade offs. The advantage is it is small and easy to carry around in your pocket. You can't have it all:>)6) The focus nob is easy to use with one hand adjusting the focus with your index finger as the monocular rests in the palm of the hand.7) The rubber coating is well done and the little carrying case is a nice added touch. The carrying case allows you to clip it on a day pack or to strap it to your belt.Now I wouldn't put this up there with the top of the line binoculars or monoculars, but it also does not have the price tag of the expensive brands either. This monocular is good for children and to carry in the car to pull out when you just happen to see that rare bird as you are traveling down the road. It really is not a bad tool for the price point.

My first impression of this monocular is how lightweight it is. It's good for carrying in a hiking pack or small enough to fit in you pocket or even clip on your belt without being too obtrusive. I think I'm actually comparing this in weight and size to standard binoculars and that's why I'm surprised by this being half that weight and size. It does make it convenient to carry tho. It feels sturdy and well constructed. I'm not eager to test the waterproof qualities since I myself am not fond of getting wet outdoors. I don't see why moisture would be a problem with this, based on the construction. The protective case that it comes with is well constructed. It does it's job well. They were even kind enough to include a lens cleaning cloth.It's easy enough to use. The instructions that come with it are fairly vague and not very helpful. I wear glasses for distance and take them off when using items like this, so I was able to adjust it fairly quickly to see clearly without my glasses and without referencing the instructions. I think this is perfect for bird watching, stadium events when seated in the back row, hiking and taking in nature and all it's beauty. I think this is a good value for the price based on quality, ease of use, and practicality. That's why I rate it at 5 stars

I like to spend time at lakes and parks, using my stand up paddleboard, camping and hiking. There are many times when having the ability to quickly and easily see something in the distance would be helpful.This waterproof monocular telescope by SKOKC, offers some impressive features. Here are my first impressions and nit picks, which are very few.First, its lightweight, compact and waterproof. That will make taking it hiking or on my SUP an easy choice.The thick, rubbery exterior will protect from minor drops, but I can’t say for sure and don’t want to test this, haha! BTW, the two-way zippered, padded case with carabiner and loop for wearing on your belt is ideal for just transporting this device. In most cases, it’ll keep it safe.It has a camera mount type screw-in port for mounting on a monopod or tripod. Nice!The chromed, threaded, mount cap is tiny, but it has a D-ring, which I’ll tether to the large lens cap, so neither gets lost. Perfect!One lens cap has an option for a tether, the other lens cap is tethered. It would have been nice if both were tethered.Visibility is excellent in daylight, but I have not used this at night yet. The image bounces around a lot and having a monopod would be ideal. Even so, by holding this in my hand, I was able to read the license plate of my neighbors’ car, while parked in their garage, 3 houses away! Cool!This seems like a good value for what you get. You get a lot for your money.Recommended

Dés la réception on est surpris par le soin pris pour l'emballage. En ouvrant le carton on trouve la boîte du monoculaire. Dans cette boite il y a une autre boite en polystyrène et dans celle ci se trouve une sacoche dans laquelle on va trouver le monoculaire. Ainsi protégé il arrive en parfait état.La sacoche a un mousqueton pour l'accrocher, elle a aussi un grand passant pour y glisser une ceinture.Sur cette sacoche il y a une fermeture à glissière munie de 2 fermoirs pour l'ouverture du côté qui nous convient.L'œilleton de visée est protégé par un capuchon qui s'enlève complètement. Sur l'œilleton on a une bague qui permet un réglage pour s'adapter aux porteurs de lunettes. Vissée si on porte des lunettes, dévissée si l'on n'en porte pas, 2 crans disponibles.A l'autre extrémité l'objectif est aussi protégé par un capuchon qui est fixé au monoculaire. L'objectif est assez lumineux car il a un diamètre de 32 mm. Sur le côté une molette permet de faire la mise au point, le réglage est facile.Le monoculaire mesure 13 cm sur une largeur maximale de 7 cm et pèse 250 g.Sous l'appareil on trouve un écrou que l'on peut dévisser afin de découvrir un pas de vis qui permettra de fixer le monoculaire sur un pied photo. L'opération est aisée car le pas de vis est au standard des pieds photo. Si l'on n'utilise pas de pied on peut y fixer la dragonne qui est fournie.On nous fournit également une chiffonnette de nettoyage pour l'optique.Ce monoculaire est pratique car il est assez compact et se tient bien en main. Sa construction paraît assez robuste et en plus il résiste à l'eau. Ainsi on l'emmène facilement lors des randonnées pour observer tout ce qui est un peu loin.
