It has been 2 years since we purchased this, nut paint started chipping on it after 1 year! So disappointed! Function and feature is great and pretty, but pointless seeing the paint is chipping off everywhere.

Looks nice but collects water spots due to the flat top. Very updated look & solid build. However, the drain assembly leaked. The vendor replaced it with one that works fine.

I love the faucet, everything from the smooth way the handle lifts to the gentle and controlled cascade of water. Elegant, simple, and easy to clean! Unfortunately the paint on the drain is already marred less than 3 weeks after install so I’m nervous what the future holds for the coating.Edited to add: My darling nonchalantly stated he’d felt sick and couldn’t figure out how to open the drain in the middle of the night, so he tried prying it open. With a screwdriver. …...Needless to say, changing this to a 5 star review for obvious reasons. Both our faucets are still working perfectly, the kiddos sink has remained unscathed.

It's a beautiful faucet but shows water spot build up over time. I missed our warranty period by a few months.

These faucets are beautiful and seem to have waterflow much better than the old aerated faucets that I had. I wish the supply lines were about 6" longer, but that's because whoever built this house didn't install the supply connections like most houses. These took me about 20 minutes each to install only because it was difficult to get the old faucets off. Love the pop-up drains instead of the old pop-up rod style.

I purchased this tap for a new sink. Initially I got it for the look, mainly. But now, the water flow is so much more ‘elegant’ - can water be elegant? In my bathroom it is!!

Nothing really bad to say about this. It was easy to install with the instructions and product video that’s featured. No leaks. The lever moves easily and there’s no tension or squeaking. It’s smooth and sleek and half the price of faucets listed at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Only thing is that this is taller than our old faucet and so I find myself getting water all over the sink from the splash back. But that’s no fault to this product and I actually like it taller because I’m tall. Definitely recommend!

I am A fix it female around the house. We updated my daughters bathroom and she wanted a waterfall style one handled faucet so we found this and purchased. The hardest part of installing this faucet was taking the old one out!! What a chore but installing this faucet was very easy and convenient. I did not need any extra extensions because I have One of those nice older homes that the water outlets are on the wall along with the drain. The items I did need To purchase for this installation was plumbers putty & a small tube of clear caulk (to make cleaning easier). Another note, make sure when your tightening down the faucet while using the cover plate (over the holes) to not over tighten or it will bow the plate and look funny. I “almost” tightened to much. My faucet did not have the brand name on the handle or neck like some of the complaints a year or so earlier. It seems nice quality at a great price. We will see how it holds up to daily use.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Very impressive construction, appearance and operation. Very clean, elegant, super functional, easy to clean around look. Installation is much easier than you would imagine as long as the installer does not mind a few contortions under the sink. Removing the old faucet will be harder than adding the new.Unit includes the new hot/cold lines already threaded into the faucet. A tool is included to tighten the faucet body from underneath and makes this evolution quite easy. Don't overtighten as you may bend the cover plate. No plumbers putty is required underneath the faucet plate! The drain comes with quality gaskets for the sink side as well as the bottom side. I do recommend use of plumbers putty for underneath the top drain rim as well as added to underneath the sink. The only other install caveat is you may need an extension to the drain as the provided unit which is excellent quality may be a little short to reach your P Trap. Extensions are available at your local hardware store for $5.00 or so.A useful tip: water flow can be regulated by opening your hot and cold control valves under the sink to regulate the actual maximum and minimum flow rates at the faucet. The single handle regulates flow rate and temperature with satisfying precision. Following installation of our first unit in the Master Bath the wife and I were so enthusiastic with its performance that we immediately ordered a second unit for the Second Bathroom. You will not be disappointed in the quality appearance, smooth and elegant operation.
