Very easy to use and clear crisp water. No weird taste or issues. Filter last for quite a while as well, I have a family of 5 and use it daily. Bought the first filter months after using it. No leaks or weird smells from the water. Perfect function and easy to use!

I have two of these, I would say the value is great, it filters out a lot, its easy to buy replacement filters and considering where I used to live? It lasted a long time. It holds a decent amount of water and fits right in my fridge. I also bought the second one for my dogs that I could fill and leave on the counter (dogs arent supposed to have cold cold water)

This pitcher is great.Keeps your water cold. I've had pur filter pitchers and zero water pitchers,but the water tastes much better from this than anything i've had. I only have to charge it once a month. And it needs to be cleaned once a month. I found it doesn't leak and it's convenient to use. I love.Cold water but I hate making ice. The filter seems to last a long time because the water tastes great for quite a while. Compared to other pictures and filters that I bought in Walmart and nother stores , this one seems to last a lot longer. I love to be able to press to start and press to stop. No lifting out heavy pictures full of water get it right from the refrigerator. I only have to fill once every two days. Functions as advertised and the size is great.

Fast shipping excellent quality amazing results!! I’m reading this five stars. This is the most amazing water filter pitcher I have ever seen. I absolutely love it. The water is so fresh tasting. Very easy to assemble and it’s rechargeable to take to a table to dispense fresh clean water that has been filtered. We absolutely love it and recommend it for everyone. I was skeptical at the price, but is well worth it. Thanks

Bought this back in Oct ish of 2024. Still working great and everyone in the house loves it. No more waiting for the water to drip through the filter before using it as the filter speed is pretty instant. The taste is remarkable as my kiddo mentions it regularly. It's easily to install and charge. The charge lasts months and the filters last a long time too. I'm pleased for sure

i never write reviews but this thing deserves it. love the color, fits nicely in my fridge and works very well. my only complaint is it dispenses a bit slow, sometimes i walk away while my cup is filling to do something else but compared to say a fridge water dispenser its not that much slower. definitely easier than a britta that takes forever to filter the water and is annoying to pour, i love that you can drink the water immediately and it tastes great. very worth it

my water drop has a mind of its own...2-3 times a day when you are filling a to go bottle or whatever ....it won't turn off...you can tap the off droplet and the water won't stop pouring out...so I have a mess of water on my floor multiple times a day....EDITED....Harper, from Waterdrop customer service read my review....Harper went out of her way to fix my waterdrop unit and I couldn't be happier...I'm so impressed with their customer service, and more specifically Harper, I will recommend this company and unit to all...they are beautiful units and I really love mine...

I gave a 4 rating because of the type of plastic, don't like the plastic used. If higher quality it would be a 5 star product. Water taste is good, the design is perfect. I love the way it functions. Another drawback but not a big deal is you can't see the min and max line you have to hunt for it making filling a possible problem. Size is perfect.

Only thing it doesn't keep water coal it gets warm fast but besides that I can just put ice in there or put it in the fridge
