My son's are in the drumline and play the quads/tenors. This is our second set for one of the boys and he is HARD on them. They are sturdy and work great with his tenor drum pad.

I like that these sticks actually came in a pair, instead of a single stick like a certain reviewer said. I use these for playing the quads (obviously) and they make me feel cooler in school.

I bought these thinking they were wood and it turns out the stick is nylon as well. At first I was a little disappointed but then I felt how lightweight they were. I use them on my quints so having such a lightweight stick while moving my arms so much is a huge bonus for me. Great sound for the price.

My son plays on HS drumline and these are the only brand of sticks his drum core uses. They best sticks I have seen for durability and longevity. Great sound on the Tenors and non marring on the drum head.Will purchase again!!!!

These mallets have a decent amount of weight to them and feel dense. You won't notice it making much of a difference at first, but play two hours a day for a few days in a row and you'll notice a drastically different feeling in your arms. That's good. The weight also forces you to be a bit more precise in your drum to drum movements since that extra bit of heft really amplifies your mistakes. Overall, I think these are perfect for building tenor chops.

Its labeled as a guitar strap when they're quad sticks. This is very confusing for someone who is looking for quad sticks but all they see are labels that say guitar strap.

As expected from Vic Firth. Balanced nice and sound quality was the same from the two sticks. No complaints. I have only used them for a month or so and they seem to be holding up great. MYNWA!

Beim stöbern bin ich über ein paar unmögliche Preise bei Amazon gestolpert. So wurde z.B. dieser Artikel, "Vic Firth MT1A" statt der handelsüblichen 41,90 € für nur 7,38 € angeboten. Das ist natürlich ein Fehler, aber zu meinen gunsten. Schnell den Artikel gekauft und an Freunde aus der Musikszene weiterverkauft. Jetzt ist der Preis natürlich wieder auf einem normalen Niveau, am 06.12.2016 22:57 Uhr bei 44,90 €.Habe noch viele weitere Schnäppchen bzw. Preisfehler gefunden, aber die verrate ich erst, wenn ich zugeschlagen habe... :-)Tja Amazon, so ist es, wenn Algorithmen die Arbeit übernehmen!
