Product is good besides the damage from shipping thankfully extra slates where given which was a Super Plus even being only 1 slate that broke but the dent I can't repair and it's on the bolt hole for the siding rails!Would be nice for some compensation back due to damages so I don't have to send back unless it's seriously damaged and has a proper warranty claim! But overall so far so good we will keep posted over longevity of this mill!

I used the video to put it together. Can be done by one person in 45 minutes. I will note that a previous review said it didnt have brakes. That inaccurate. The last step in the video is installation of the brakes. Im so glad i watched the instructional video. The brakes are definitely a game changer. On the second use, he completely understood the concept and runs with encouragement. Since there is no motor and is 100% dog powered I feel very comfortable that he can rest when he wants and run when he wants. Im not forcing him to do anything. I just wish I would have invested in one years ago for my two older dogs when they were in their prime. We will get so much use out this dog tread.

We can't seem to get the remote and the treadmill to recognize each other. The only way to run the treadmill appears to be with the remote. Very frustrating and vevor support is not stellar. Had I known that the treadmill couldn't be controlled without a remote, I wouldn't have purchased it. It may be going back.

Was missing very important parts like the parts that attach the legs to the track, still put it together enough just to see if it was worth replacing but my dogs were terrified of it anyways so not worth replacing. I love the idea of the treadmill, would have tried harder to get my dogs to like it if all the parts were in the box.
