Easy Calibration Methods Which Can Be Done By Yourself!

1. Basic Calibration:

a. Enter calibration menu and select basic calibration.

b. Put the calibration standard foils, press this paint thickness gauge onto substrate when the arrow is down, and remove it when the arrow is up, from 50μm to 1500μm thickness accordingly.

c. "Calibration Completed" will show up at the bottom of the screen and it will return to the previous interface.

d. After the calibration is complete, you can go back to measurement interface and perform measurement.

2. Zero Calibration:

a. Enter calibration menu and select zero calibration.

b. Keep pressing this automotive paint depth gauge onto the substrate, it will do the zero calibration automatically.

c. "Calibration Completed" will show up at the bottom of the screen and it will return to the previous interface.

d. After calibration is complete, you can go back to measurement interface and perform measurements.

Magnetic and non-magnetic metal base calibration do not affect each other, so please do them separately.
