Item is exactly described and it looks sharp. The welding is relatively crooked and that is the reason for 3/5 stars. Easy to install. Fits as described.

I like it was packed very securely. I like the anti rattle fitting it came with. And I like the looks of it seems good quality. It's not installed yet as waiting to get hitch on vehicle. Will update review after installed on vehicle.

I never like to praise a product too early, I cannot vouch for the longevity of those product. That said, this was packed extremely well, no scratches in transit. This provides decent bumper protection without being obnoxious looking. It doesn't interfere with my rear camera or sensors. I'm really impressed with the appearance, and hope it holds up to the weather.

I wanted something to help protect my 4runner from people that are constantly distracted. Hopefully no one will rear end me but this will help prevent some damage. But I did not like that is stuck out so far. Depending on your car, it may fit into your hitch deeper but mine hit the spare tire underneath. So I cut about 1 1/2 inches off the end, then drilled two holes for the pin and now it fits more flush and closer to my bumper which I like. Once you cut it down like that you can no longer use the tightening bolt that comes with it but there was not a lot of play in the hitch itself, so I was able to use some thin rubber wedged inside to help keep it from rattling and its fine. Overall I like it a lot..it's got what feels like a black powder coat but I suspect its not that high quality. I may paint it next year since its already scratched. No big deal, it works and serves its purpose.

This is a great step to help me get the snow off the roof of my car and a great protector against getting rear ended. The step had a small amount of damage when it arrived. It looks like someone just bumped it against a well before packaging it. The shop was very quick to respond and ask what compensation I would like. I accepted a partial refund. Great customer service! Would highly recommend.The only con is that the step has to stick pretty far out if you want to use the included stabilizer which I would 100% recommend so it is sturdy and doesn't rattle around. It does still looks really nice.

Heavy duty! I live in NYC and it saves me from people playing bumper cars! Must have for anyone with a tow package on their car! Highly recommend! Price is great and quality is absolutely fantastic. Although the one I received had minor scratches on it but that’s okay because it now has more scratches on it from people hitting it as they try to park their cars behind mine. I rather it have scratches than my car. The only thing is that it rattles when you go over small rocks or potholes. But you can fix that by adding a piece of rubber around it.

Great product with superb quality. The size is perfect for my Lexus RX450hL. It saved me money! Cos I did not have to go to the auto shop to install it. I just hooked it to my 2” trailer hitch.

Just got this for my new 4Runner and what a BANG for your BUCK ! I work in NY and the defense I used to have for my previous car( a VENZA) was about the width of the car but with cars moving back and forth the guard would move as well and scratch my bumper. I won't have that problem with this any longer!Its very sturdy, paint job scratches easily tho. Fairly easy, plug and play install. I did however have an issue with the holes for the hitch not lining up correctly so I drilled them out a bit and the security pin slid in easily.Shipping was very fast and came much quicker than expected!
