Used to silence stepper motors. Very effective.

These stand off where used to reduce the vibration on my small motor generator, after about 3 or 4 hours of use I heard a metal plop sound outside and it was my motor sitting on the cement walking away from the generator frame. The rubber insulators where completely gone.
