i liked that they are cost effective -a very nifty set of swivel adapters and did not cost an astronomical price, i was looking all over for these to the change the oil filter on my car, and the one i needed worked perfectly

I mainly got this set for the 1/4 adapter. I work at a Chevy dealership and getting the bolts off an equinox cabin air filter housing panel is a pain but with the 1/4 adapter and 5.5mm socket it makes my life soo much easier

If you work on stuff you have had to run go get one of these swivel adapters at some point and you know how essential they are to have in your toolbox. They may lurk there for days, weeks, months or even years without being called to duty. But alas, that fateful day will arrive when your plans for a quick job get foiled by one stinking bolt that you just can’t get a wrench on or if you can you can’t move it. Fear not hard to get to bolts because you have prearmed yourself by purchasing this great set of swivel adapters that will save the day and your soul to boot since no bad words will be uttered. You will simply retrieve the proper size for the socket you need and show that bolt who is running things around your shop, driveway or shade tree.These adapters are a different concept than the ones I call a universal joint adapter. I have never seen one like these but one advantage by just titling the socket itself instead of the whole joint is you don’t loose as much torque.The finish on these sockets is fine, they don’t shine but they get the job done. They are listed as being impact friendly. There are all three common sizes included. The pivots are kind of stiff which I think is a good thing. There is not much else to say about these adapters other than they work fine. Happy to have them on hand for that dreaded next time.I did receive one that was missing the ball detent and had to exchange them for a set as there is no customer service link and it just says “Amazon” where the link to sellers is usually located. But it was painless to send them back and they delivered a new set the next day so no big deal. These things do happen.For just under seventeen bucks these swivel adapters represent a great value and are priced lower than most of the other offers which was determined via my highly scientific cursory review. If you work on stuff you better go ahead and order a set of these. After all, just having them on hand could save your soul one day.
