After being dormant for years I dug out my walkie talkies which needed to have batteries replaced. The packs fit identically to the original and the charger base connected and packs are able to charge. Across the shop communication is clear and long lasting using the devices off their base. Super happy with the quality and quick delivery.

Despite checking that they were right for the walky set I have, they in fact were wrong and are too big. Very disappointed. The order arrived on time and was well-packaged, but still useless to me.

I've had these batteries in my Uniden two-way radios and they do not recharge. They came with a full charge and worked well until I put the radios in my charger. The LED indicating charging status was dark. I verified the problem wasn't the charge by inserting the radios with the OEM batteries and the LED came on for both radios indicating they were charging. I again put these defective replacements in my radios and put them in the charger and, again, no charge.I requested a return and the seller has not replied. It has now been one year since my purchase and now AMAZON says the order is too old to request a refund. I don't trust this seller to replace the batteries with working units so I want a refund so I can purchase batteries from a more reputable seller.My recommendation...DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THIS SELLER!

Received initial shipment promptly. Discovered one of the batteries wouldn't charge, so contacted the vendor who, again, promptly replaced it.Everything is up and running fine, so I'm a happy camper.
