The outer matte coating feels nice on your hands. The inner box is smooth and won't catch or nic your cards or sleeves. It will hold a 100 card commander deck and a bunch of tokens all sleeves up nicely.And while playing holds your library and exile piles nicely and keeps them from getting thrown around the table should shenanigans abound.These are my go to commander deck boxes

I recently purchased the Ultimate Guard Boulder 100+ Deck Case in Amethyst for my new Digimon deck, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Bought it to protect/hold my most expensive Commander deck, fits perfectly with the cards all sleeved in Dragon Shield. The lid opens/closes very easily but is very sturdy when closed, it passes the shake test well. The shape of the box allows you to use each piece as a holder for your deck while playing as well, to prevent cards from sliding around. The color pops but is just clear enough to show the first card (My Commander in this case.) will certainly be buying more in the future

Just look at it! It's the peak of design for deck boxes, if you aren't looking for dice storage! And guess what! They have that too! Tough as.. well they're tough as a boulder. They open easily, though not easily enough to spill your cards in case of a drop! And they hold 100 double sleeved cards if they arent sporting the THICKEST sleeves. Best value for your money.

Las fotos no hacen justicia a los colores. La calidad del material tiene el sello Ultimates Guard, con la mejor línea de productos de accesorios para juegos de cartas.El modelo 100+ puede tener justo las 100 cartas con doble Mica, o unas 120 en Mica sencilla. Un deck de 60 con doble mica cabe perfecto y queda algo de espacio.La caja de abre y cierra fácilmente, el acabado "frost" permite esa translucidez que se ve genial, aunque puede marcarse con grasa y suciedad de las manos fácilmente. Un detalle menor, pero para quienes sudamos mucho de las manos vale la pena mencionar.El precio es muy bueno para un producto de tal calidad, sin duda una opción increíble para almacenar decks, colecciones o cualquier carta, ya que el sello evita que las cartas se expongan al ambiente, que muy cálido o húmedo puede provocar el daño a las cartas.En particular, los colores verde y petrol licen mucho mejor en vivo que en fotos. Ampliamente recomendado sin duda.

This is a great deck box. Easily fits 100 sleeved cards. Easy to close, hard enough to open that there is no fear of it opening. See through enough to sort of tell what the front card is, and colour of sleeves, so you could get a bunch of clear and differentiate decks by sleeve colour.

Ok 1st of all. Does it fit 100 double sleeved cards as advertised?Yes, just barely. Expect a very tight fit. I would say the true max capacity is 105-110. Still fits my bling'd out deck with a lot of foils in various condition. If you have foil cards that have developed a flex, a tight fitting deck box, on top of double sleeving helps quite a bit. Expect to have to squeeze slightly getting a full deck in.Some features I like about the box.Overmolded plastic exterior is durable, scratch resistant, and soft to the touch. (Sets it apart from copycat products.)Almost no wasted space inside the box makes this a great choice if you want to store all of your decks inside a case with standard card dimensions.The top half pops off easily (looking at you UltraPro tower) with your thumbs and can be used as a second box to help keep you organized while you are sorting/playing the cards.Different colors are interchangeable, and the case is partially translucent. So you don't usually have to open the box to know what's inside and you can color sort them if you own several.There are a bunch of other products out there. Some of them are way cooler, but this is hands down the best deck box if you want a hard-sided, compact box that is scratch and water resistant, and DROP SAFE!My opinion: The options with the dice tray strays from the ultra simple concept of the original and the UltraPro Tower begins to look better in comparison.

I've been around the block when it comes to deck boxes. I've tried Ultra Pro, Ultimate Guard, Eclipse, GameGenic, as well as VaultX. While not the fanciest or coolest looking (no magnets + minimalist solid color design), these Ultimate Guard Boulder deck boxes have consistently been the best-in-show for overall storage and protection for any TCG deck. They are sturdy enough to take some hits & drops, compact to save a ton of space on shelves & in bags, and have JUST enough storage to fit a whole [single] sleeved 100-card Commander deck + a few additional tokens or extra cards. I am not exaggerating when I say you can spin-toss a full one in the air, let it hit the floor, and it will not pop open or spill out your cards.The only complaint I have is that they are not exactly the greatest for token-freak decks due to its limited additional storage, but that is a very small price to pay for what I consider to have the best overall bang-for-your-buck deck storage. Who needs magnets when you are built like a Boulder?

I love these boulders. I have them in a bunch of colors and they're all excellent. Some of the best deck boxes especially if you're just throwing them in a backpack loosely.Caution about the fit:-It does fit 100 cards Dragon Shield inners and thin outers (the glossy smooth ones) absolutely perfectly. -They'll fit the thicker matte sleeves or art sleeves too. It'll be ultra snug (borderline damaging to the cards or crimping the sleeves.)-They won't fit 100 cards if you have both a lot of foils and the thicker sleeves too. They'll fit 99 and you'll break the 100th card getting them in.If you single sleeve or are putting in less than 100 cards, honestly these are the best cases on the market and 1000% worth the price. And the colors are neat too! You can see the silhouette of your commander or whatever card you have facing outward when closed.
