I have been a tree trimmer for about 15 years got out of it the business for a while and let my son-in-law use my gear. When I needed gear to do a tree, I bought these thinking I only need them for 1 use... well they didn't even make it 1 use. As I was climbing the left spike bent, nearly cause me to fall 25 feet. Had I fallen, my wife and kids would be sending more than a warning to other users not to buy these and I would encourage Amazon to not even sell these before someone actually gets hurt. For now I'm still waiting (so far 2 weeks) for a refund. Poor product! And poor customer service on Amazon's part! 0 stars!!
