Material: TA2
The density of high-strength titanium alloys is usually around 4.5g/cm3, which is only 60% of that of steel. The strength of pure titanium is only close to that of ordinary steel, and the strength of some high-strength titanium alloys exceeds that of many alloy structural steels.
High thermal strength, with a usage temperature several degrees higher than aluminum alloy, capable of long-term operation at temperatures ranging from 450 to 500 ℃.
Titanium alloy has good rust resistance when working in humid atmospheres and seawater, and its rust resistance is much better than stainless steel.
Titanium alloys with good low-temperature performance can still maintain their mechanical properties at low and ultra-low temperatures. Titanium alloy is also an important low-temperature structural material.
Titanium has high chemical activity and produces strong chemical reactions with O, N, H, CO, CO2, water vapor, ammonia, and other substances in the atmosphere.
