Even if it's not a custom size the seller won't let u return item nor will they offer any kind fo messaging to talk to them at all. Additionally keep in mind u have to find curtains that fit you length from ceiling to ground and you have to buy the little hooks and wheel pulleys to actually hang the curtains. It's really not worth it.

The product gets the job done. Quality is consistent with the price. I wish there is a step by step instruction or an installation video. One tip is to attach the rods to the brackets before mounting the brackets on the wall.Customer service is good. There were two problems with my initial order. One, I mistakenly ordered the rod 10 inches too short; two, the seller sent me ceiling brackets instead of wall brackets. After I contact the seller, they sent me the correct brackets, and an extra 10 inches of rod for free. Communication is easy and efficient.

I bought 2 of these to replace motorized curtains I had already. These were the only ones I could find that would keep me from having to replace the rod that the other motors were attached to.(the company I originally bought from went out of business). I am using it for a double sliding door so over all 192 inches of curtain. I liked that the company contacted me to warn me that the motors could only pull 25 lbs. So i only bought one to start to see if it would work . it worked perfectly and I have bought another for the other side of the curtain. the drapes are not thin but not heavy either. Also, this motor is so much quieter than the other motors I had. I'm really happy. I would say that I may invest in the rods they sell later so the motors would work even more smoothly. I'm really happy with these and think they would be even ebtter on smaller windows.

I loved the way it turned out in the end. But the item arrives with no instructions. I ordered the wall mount. And the only instructions you can find on the product page is for ceiling mount. And it really doesn't say much! If it came with simple instructions, it could have saved us an hour or two...

I got a the double rod in white, it looks beautiful and the curtains slide back and forth beautifully. Also, had to contact them for extra amount and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this product.

My experience with these curtain tracks has been highly disappointing. Out of the required 7 connectors, a staggering 4 were missing from the package. This left me unable to properly assemble the tracks as intended. Moreover, the 90-degree connector did not match the other track pieces, suggesting a design flaw. I wasted $300+ and my valuable time on this purchase. I strongly advise against purchasing these tracks due to their lack of quality control and poor design.
