I have had this vacuum about a month. Overall, I really like it. It is my second robot vacuum. First time trying this brand.I had spent a good bit of time researching different models. I picked this over my second choice for two reasons. The main reason was because the video indicated it would not knockdown marble tracks or other objects my children have left in its path. This is not true at all. It plows into anything in its way.The second reason I picked this one was because I wanted to use the mop feature and I have a few large area rugs. I didn’t want wet carpet. I couldn’t find clear answers on any models about this, but another review seemed to suggest it didn’t mop rugs/carpet. I have not ever noticed my rugs being wet, so I guess it doesn’t. I did set the water level setting to low for rooms with rugs. Honestly though, the mopping feature does a pretty poor job. So that’s a disappointment.I love the map and its functions. I did need to edit my map some, but that’s fairly easy. I love that I can schedule it to clean different rooms at different times. I have it clean the non-sleeping areas while we are in bed and that’s been great!It is quiet. Not silent by any means, but quieter than my previous robot vacuum and much quieter than some others I’ve experienced.It does well with pet hair on hard flooring and rugs. I have one dog who sheds quite a bit and this has helped control the hair very well. It does pretty well getting the hair off of the area rugs, but I do have one rug the hair just seems to cling to more.Battery life has not been an issue at all for me. It does all of my 1500 sf just fine and seems to have plenty of battery left.It gets stuck occasionally, but not too often, and it does not like narrow spaces. It also doesn’t seem to like registers on the floor. I have one it will not go over even a little bit, which causes a section beside my bed not to get swept.It has some flaws for sure, but as far as robot vacuums go, I feel like it’s pretty great.

I bought this when my Shark vacuum died on me all of a sudden. I've been pleasantly surprised how good it is - especially the dry vacuum. The wet mop works OK - but the dry vac is easily comparable to the Shark vacuum I used to own in terms of power, suction, level of cleanliness, etc.

I am very pleased with the performance of the TIKON ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER. The device has proven to be efficient, powerful, and easy to use. Its ability to autonomously navigate throughout the house ensures thorough cleaning every time, even in hard-to-reach areas. The suction power is impressive, and it adapts well to various surface types, such as carpets and hard floors. Additionally, the scheduling feature is very convenient, allowing for cleaning at times that suit our needs. The battery life is excellent, allowing for longer cleaning sessions without interruptions. Overall, it is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a smart and efficient cleaning solution. If the price is very low compared to the extraordinary technological quality of the vacuum. I would buy it again and recommend it 100%

Dieser Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion ist unser erster Roboter im Haus und wir sind begeistert von den Funktionen. Durch den Laser wird jeder Raum vermessen und anschließend systematisch gereinigt. Er erkennt alle Hindernisse und man kann auch no-go-Areas programmieren, die der Roboter dann ausspart. So haben wir den Spielteppich im Kinderzimmer ausgespart damit er keine Kleinteile einsaugt. Bisher haben wir die Wischfunktion ein mal getestet aber das war nicht der Grund uns diesen Staubsauger anzuschaffen. Fazit: der Roboter tut zuverlässig was er soll und für den Preis sind wir mehr als zufrieden und würden den Staubsauger jedem empfehlen.

Sehr gute Verarbeitung. Der Kleine war schnell eingerichtet. Die App funktioniert. Er erledigt seine Arbeit ordentlich und effizient bei akzeptabler Lautstärke. Sollte er mal etwas nicht korrekt gereinigt haben, einfach manuell ihn per App noch mal hin schicken, dann bessert er nach. Kartenerstellung und Navigation funktionieren prima.Über die Langzeitzuverlässigkeit und Haltbarkeit lässt sich nach der kurzen Zeit noch keine Aussage treffen. Bis dato jedoch eine Kaufempfehlung für dieses Preissegment.

Der Tikom ist angenehm leise und schnell. Er hat die Wohnung vorab gescannt und fährt auf und ab. Dadurch ist er deutlich schneller als unser vorheriger Roboter, der kreuz und quer fuhr, bis der Akku leer war. Der Tikom könnte die Wohnung 2x mit einer Ladung saugen und wischen.Da wir zwei Katzen und einen Hund haben, ist er täglich unterwegs und reinigt gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem Tikom 5000Pa Robot Vacuum Cleaner! Die hochwertige Verarbeitung des Geräts überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Er funktioniert sehr gut, besonders auf Teppichen und Hartböden, und dank der LiDAR-Navigation reinigt er präzise und effizient. Die Wischfunktion ist ein zusätzliches Highlight, das den Reinigungsprozess noch gründlicher macht.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die 14 No-Go Zonen, die sich einfach einrichten lassen und sehr hilfreich sind, um bestimmte Bereiche abzusperren. Auch bei Tierhaaren leistet er exzellente Arbeit. Die Selbstladefunktion und die lange Akkulaufzeit von 150 Minuten machen das Gerät äußerst praktisch im Alltag. Insgesamt ein sehr hilfreicher und durchdachter Haushaltshelfer!

Der Sauger funktioniert sowohl beim Wischen als auch beim Saugen super und bewegt sich souverän durch die Wohnung. Er bleibt also auch nicht überall hängen, wie es bei anderen Modellen öfter passiert ist. Die Verbindung via App ließ sich ebenfalls problemlos herstellen. Alles bestens.

This is the 2nd Tikom robot vacuum and mop I have purchased since I love the one I bought 6 months ago so much. I bought this as a Thanksgiving gift to myself.This is a higher model and I found it has a few enhancement over the L8000 mode I bought half year ago. It’s more quiet when sucking dust, and more effective in sucking dust too. Once I add this new one to my Tuya Smart app on tablet, i can operate two robot vacuum at the same time. I have one working on the bedroom side of the house, and the other working on the kitchen and living room side of the house. This significantly reduce the time and effort i need to clean when I have visitors. Both robot worth the money! I cannot believe that so many advanced technological features are built in this little robot. I can specify restricted areas, set the suck strength level, schedule the run, chose which rooms to sweep or mop, and setup the number of times each area is vacuumed.I used to vacuum my house once a week. Now with these two robots, I am cleaning the floor every day, just a few clicks from my fingers on the tablet. The app allows me to track where they have cleaned, how many sq ft they have cleaned, etc. Lots of information to monitor or check the job status. Very convenient and user friendly app. My house now is more clean!My next step is to buy the accessory to enable the self empty feature for dust as I notice this device has built in that feature but need additional accessory. I assume that will make the cleaning job even easier.
