Great grease, I use it for bicycle's, bearings, and suspension components. This stuff will not wash off so it’s perfect for anything where you want to the grease to stick literally forever like under a car.My only issue is how Amazon packaged this since a tube arrived busted.

This stuff stays on your bearings like glue never had a issue with rust in bearing after being put in the water weekly

You can go down a serious rabbit hole researching grease. 1) Calcium Sulfanate base means it is highly compatible with what came on your trailer. We all learn this lesson ONCE! And that is an oily mess if a lesson. The compatibility charts are an easy google. 2) NLGI rating is for axles bearings and suspension parts which is 99 percent of what the common man uses his grease gun for. 3) water resistant which is arguably a benefit in all environments and not just boat trailers. 4) brand matters. Lucas has more to loose than we do if their product is substandard. 5) price is more than others but I’m happy to pay it.I use on several trailers, lawn equipment, boat zerk fittings, and misc other fittings around the garage. I appreciate the green color too. I know if it’s red or brown that it’s not mine and I need to stop and think.
