great kit here removed broken stud with in minutes after receiving item.had a broken exhaust manifold stud that was very short i hammed the bit to what was left on the stud and zipped it right out first try.

This tool is as advertised…. It just works . The easiest striped nut remover I have ever used .. high quality material strong metal grips the nut with ease . Highly recommend for removing nuts or bolt heads that are rounded off .

I used this to remove (2) 13mm bolts securing a water-pump to an engine block. the bolts were just barely feasible from when I had the water pump replaced last year and I then I went on to remove the water pump myself stripped them out. I used a small hammer to pound on the smallest bit I could fit and the stripped bolts were removed with ease. I used this same kit to remove a 10mm bolt from the same water pump pulley, which is the whole reason I needed to remove the water pump entirely in the first place, because I couldn't remove the pully alone. this is a nice thing to have, I don't know about durability or long term use or other brands but this did the job and I'm glad I learned about it in the process

I was in a very difficult position with trying to remove a bolt that was stuck, in a very cramped position, and was stripped to the point to where it was completely rounded. I couldn't get any pliers or vice-grips in there to get get a good hold of the bolt so I turned to these bad boys. I had never used a bolt extractor set before so I was not sure if it was going to work or not. I was able to quickly figure out which size I need and placed it on the bolt (was barely able to get it into position due to lack of space). As I turn the bolt extractor I felt it biting into the bolt, and they are engineered to bite into the bolt while turning it counter clock-wise. I then used a breaker bar to finally get that stubborn bolt loose. It was easy to get the bolt out of the extractor afterwards. This kit saved me a lot of headaches and time. Now that I have this kit in my arsenal I no longer fear stripping bolts because they will meet their end at the hands of these extractors.All in all, these were designed very well and are easy to use. The price was very affordable and I see getting a lot of use out of them in the future.

In the process of replacing the exhaust system on my car; I rounded off one of the nuts that held the exhaust to the catalyst converter. The nut was badly rounder. No matter how I tried I was unable to get the nut to turn. I was at a loss as to how I was going to get the nut off. I considered taking the car to a exhaust shop; but decider to try this product. It worked. After hammering the extractor in place, I took my impact wrench and the nut started loosening right away. Was able to remove nut with no difficult. Excellent product.

these are great and have worked many times since i purchased them... they just did work for why i got them read the description and it listed a size I desperately needed, once it arrived i discovered it did not have the size i needed. its worked well for other projects since then, no sense in returning tools

I was having a lot of trouble getting a rear shock upper mounting bolt out in order to replace the shocks. Used wrench, breaker bar, impact wrench, lubricants, etc. and bolt wouldn’t turn. I rounded the bolt head while trying so many unsuccessful attempts.So I decided to order the extractor sockets and I’m so glad I did. Socket fit snug on 16mm head and just using a wrench for initial attempt, I felt the bolt turn and it was such sweet victory!! I was able to get that bad boy out and it just made my day lol.I would definitely recommend these sockets and I just ordered the deep sockets to help in removing a seized lug bolt. My confidence that the lug bolt will turn is very high since I had a good experience with these sockets.

Tenía una tuerca totalmente barrida y fijada con adhesivo a la cuerda, verdaderamente ésta herramienta me evitó muchos problemas y logré quitar la tuerca del diferencial de mi auto,en verdad lo recomiendo, muy bien fabricado , buenos materiales ,duraderos, y el estuché mantiene todo bien ordenado
