Love everything about the tray with the exception of the price and cup holder. Needed two trays, but the price is too high.. Manufacturer/Seller should offer a discount for two or more trays. The cup holder slides out from under tray and is sturdy. However not deep enough to hold a drink without high risk of spillage.

The access door seems to be built OK. I wanted to use this on a ceiling and had a hard time understanding how to mount it. There were no instructions or mounting hardware included. The door is accessed with a flathead screwdriver (no key for the lock included). In the end I did not end up using this item for it's intended purpose.

This panel will do the trick! It is definitely better than the loose piece of drywall covering my attic hole right now. The panel itself is thin, but it holds its shape and doesn't bend. I wish it had a knob option for opening it versus this "keyed" version. I might try replacing that mechanism with a knob. Otherwise, it should work just fine.

I'm working on a project where I'll need to retain access when I'm finished so drywalling the hole isn't going to be an option. Enter this access panel.There's not much to it, a frame with a door. It seems a bit flimsy but once installed, this isn't an issue. The lightweight will be an asset during installation and since this isn't something I'll open a bunch of times every day, it doesn't have to be as robust as an entry door.Two concerns I have at the moment are it did not include any instructions that I've found and the latch looks like it may be intended to use a key. Not sure on that one. I found that a standard flat screwdriver works it so if there's supposed to be a key, and we don't have it, the missing key will not be an issue.

I was a little disappointed. It has a key lock but came with no key or mounting instructions. Also, I expected it to be mounted with screws around the perimeter- not the case. Really not sure how to mount it. The finish is good and it is metal. Average fit and finish.
