Camera Quality sucks. I originally purchased the T2 Pro but didn’t like the focal point. I felt like I had to be really far away to see anything. So I returned the T2 Pro and tried the P2. The Camera Quality between the two is night and day difference. You can’t really tell my cat is in the seat. With the t2 pro I was able to see a group of deer from about 300’ away no problem. Really disappointed.

Excellent unit, excellent condition, nicely packed shipping and case. Easy to use, many settings. Many applications, ex; checking hot relays, finding cold and hot stop in house. Light and compact! ISO ready!Use for indoors, not for use below -5 degree Celsius weather, -5*C is max. Anything colder unit glitches which will result in having to and/or on/off, reset/reboot

Bought this clever accessory for my iPhone 8/iOS16 for use around the house (to check for water and heat leaks). In contrast to a pinless moisture meter, this camera can only detect water leaks that rise to the surface of the material (and cool or heat it). After downloading the app, it was easy to set up. It works more or less as expected. The image sometimes freezes briefly (a second or so), but this has no practical consequence.I had an opportunity to compare the performance of the camera (on a wall in my house) with the more expensive model used by a contractor, and found the results to be quite similar. The locations of heating ducts, studs and various other items in the walls and ceilings are easily revealed with this camera.Buy it for peace of mind, if you own a home and can afford it. It may help anticipate an expensive problem.

I had been waiting to buy a thermal camera for a while and finally settled on this one after reviewing all-in-one units, and ones that plug into your phone. I chose this one because it was on sale, and it had pretty good and thorough reviews. Others looked a lot larger than something I wanted to put on my phone, and this one is really small. It comes with a pretty solid case (it's like a hard sunglasses case) and very basic instructions to download the app. The user manual seems like it's inside the Android App, which is a bit of a pain, but it's pretty intuitive to use.I wanted mine to see in my ceiling where I need to insulate better and see any potential water damage areas. I'm not a professional user so this suits my needs just fine. It's really neat to see it working and have 'Predator'-vision. It only uses the camera in the unit for this and does use your phone camera for thermal. You can put your phone camera in a small window to have it overlay the thermal one, which is pretty neat. It also makes a pretty good stud finder, as in the attached images you can see very clearly the studs behind the walls (yes, I definitely need more ceiling insulation). Also neat to play around with standing somewhere and seeing your footprint, or putting your hand on something and seeing it.Plusses: Small, easy to use. Better technical specs than other thermal USB C cameras.Minuses: Should have a separate user manual/pdf, and a USB C extension for people with phone cases would be nice.Would I buy again? If for the same use I'm using it for now, yes. Great product!

Unlike Flir One Pro that I own & has a small internal battery that needs charging and limits use time, the P2 Pro runs off cell battery, with low power consumption.Refresh rate is far higher and with significantly more pixels, the P2 Pro video & images far superior! All these advantages at a much lower purchase price.I would never buy another Flir One Pro unless Flir does a complete redesign and slashes price! The P2 Pro cellphone Android works well, allows for selectable color pallets, and digital spot, min, & max temperature overlays on the images.I'd expect the IPhone app will work equally well. The P2 Pro came with a case and micro-usb 3.0 extension cable.

Great little device. Needs the extension cord as it won't fit through the case on my Samsung S23 Pro.Sensitive enough to see hand and footprints!

I've been using the InfiRay P2 Pro for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. It's a compact and lightweight thermal camera that's easy to use and offers a variety of features.I use the P2 Pro to identify air leaks, moisture problems, and other potential issues in my and our friend’s houses. It's been a huge time-saver, and it's helped me to find problems that I would have missed without it.I used the P2 Pro to inspect the attic, and I found that there were several large air leaks around the windows and vents. I was able to seal the leaks, which should save a significant amount of money on energy bills. The P2 Pro is also great for electrical troubleshooting. I've used it to identify overheated electrical components in circuit panels and wiring. This can help to prevent electrical fires and other hazards.Overall, I'm very happy with the InfiRay P2 Pro. It's a valuable tool for my business, and I highly recommend it to other home inspectors and electrical contractors. In addition to my work, I also use the P2 Pro for outdoor activities, such as wildlife observation. It's been amazing to see the world in a new light. For example, I was able to spot a racoon that was hiding in the bushes at night. I also used the P2 Pro to track a hawk flying overhead. The InfiRay P2 Pro is a versatile and powerful thermal camera that has changed my life in a number of ways. It's helped me to be more effective in my job, and it's also given me a new appreciation for the world around me.

Well, I've got to say, after trying a few other FLIR cameras, this one is AMAZING, The resolution is unbeatable at this price point, in my opinion, and the refresh rate is actually better than expected. The temperature range opens possibilities that NO other inexpensive camera I've seen can match. What I DON'T like, is that I can't get it to take a photo unless I allow location. I can take VIDEO without enabling location, but NOT photo.Yesterday, I was trying to get a few photos of exhaust headers, AFTER shutdown, and kept getting an overtemp warning. This may well be me having some setting incorrect, as I didn't go into advanced settings — which this unit seems to have plenty of.This really is a VERY impressive unit.NOW for the BAD... It is SO tine, I'm afraid I'll lose it. It comes with the most ridiculous little tie-string tote bag. It's hard to get it into the bag (even though the bag is HUGE for the camera), and even harder to get it out. I tried hanging it on my waist with a small carabiner, but it catches on everything. And it offers almost zero protection. Won't protect from leaning against something, won't protect the lens, won't protect the connector, certainly not water resistant... Virtually useless.I've now spent an inordinate amount of time looking for an adequate case. Closest I've found that MIGHT work is a 'tactical' Zippo case.Little things can be easy to lose. Little EXPENSIVE things, much worse. While I understand that to hit this price-point, they can't have had much room in the budget for extras. But I would GLADLY pay another $50 to get a hard, waterproof case that could go on my belt, small enough to carry this.If anyone finds a suitable case, please let everyone know :-)
