I purchased this after a fall resulted in a wrist injury. I hope that this would serve to keep my wrist stabilized while it healed. It does do that, but the "one-size fits most" seems to me to be laughably inaccurate. I have pretty small hands for an adult male and the compression sleeve cuts into the webbing between my thumb and forefinger so badly that it just can't be worn for long periods of time. I question the current five star reviews of this item given that NO adult male with moderately sized hands is going to be able to wear it. Perhaps it's supposed to be a children's size, but that's certainly not what the description indicates Outside of that problem, it does what it's supposed to do for as long as I'm able to tolerate wearing it.
