I've used this twice - painting interior doors with a brush and 4" roller, and painting base and casing trim. For sure keep your paint pail on a protected surface. I didn't have too many over the side drips as I got the hang of filling and distributing paint. Nice!

This works really well for a mini paint roller. I got so tired of having to throw cans of paint away because the paint would leak down in the rim of the can and prevent the lid from going down all the way, so the paint in the can would dry up. There is no mess with this. No paint running down the paint can label. The other thing I like is because this is rubber, the dried paint cleans up really easily off it. spend the extra money and don’t buy the cheap one that’s half price. It won’t work.

This is such a great tool! We've been doing a project where I have to open the paint gallon almost daily. If I poured it into a container instead of using this tool on my paint can, it would be so wasteful. And this allows me to keep all my painting items in one place - can of paint, roller, brush, attachment. Very helpful. Plus you don't have to clean out the rim of the can all the time. Genius.

I’ve been renovating my house room by room, which has included a whole lot of painting. I wouldn’t use it for full rooms, but it’s been amazing for touch ups, around the shower, etc. Not having to pour out paint into a tray, clean the rim, etc., made this my new favorite paint accessory!

UPDATED REVIEW June 2023:Company, Sassani Products, sent an improved product called "PRIMO PAINT TRAY HYBRID." Not only was the issue with the label fixed, but the product was slightly improved in other ways as well.1. Label now pleasantly comes off cleanly with a single pull, leaving no residue.2. Paint tray area slightly widened to better accommodate 'working area' of 4" roller.3. Corners are now more rounded which makes for easier cleaning.4 Stars for improved product, minus one because it's still a bit expensive, even for the improved product.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Be prepared to spend an HOUR or MORE to clean the advertised sticker off the product!Step 1. Carefully peel the sticker off. OS- realize it isn't coming off.Step 2. Continue to try to peel as much of that stupid sticker off as you can, using your fingernails, butter knife, etc. but not too harsh, as you don't want to damage the quite expensive (for what it is) product.Step 3. Soak in water for 5 min, add plenty of liquid soap, go find a soft plastic bristle brush and scrub for 5-10 minutes. Rinse. OS, it's still not off? Repeat, or just rinse well and skip to Step 4.Step 4. Find or go purchase some Goo-B-Gone and apply liberally. Let set for 10 minutes. Wipe down with paper towel and attempt to get all the remaining residue and Goo-B-Gone liquid off.Step 5. Wash well with warm soap and water, ensuring any remaining Goo-B-Gone is washed and rinsed away.Step 6. Pray you didn't damage the product from either Steps 1-5!Now, if you haven't destroyed the product either by accident or in frustration, you're ready to try it out and see how it works :)!Absolutely Rediculous that this kind of adhesive was applied directly to the working face of the product... I might expect this kind of shenanigri from a $4.99 product, but not one this EXPENSIVE!
