The LDTO-028K is a sensor with good flexibility. It uses a 28um piezoelectric film with a silk screen silver paste electrode. The film is laminated on a 0.125mm polyester substrate and the electrodes are led out by two crimp terminals. When the piezoelectric film is biased from the central axis by an external force in the vertical direction, it generates a high strain on the film and thus has a high voltage output. When applied directly to the product to deform it, the LDTO acts as a soft-switching switch that produces enough output to directly trigger the MOSFET and CMOS circuits; if the component is supported by the terminal and vibrates freely, the component acts like an accelerometer or vibration sensor. Increasing the mass or changing the free length of the component will affect the resonant frequency and sensitivity of the sensor, and the multi-axis response can be obtained by deviating the mass from the axis. The LDTM-028K adopts a cantilever beam structure. One end is led by a terminal and the other end is fixed. It is a vibration sensor that can generate high sensitivity at low frequencies.
