DO NOT BUY!!!This seller uses incompatible parts and your NAS will quit working down the road and they will do nothing about it.I have had this server for a year and have spent many hours working on it. It will regularly shut down for no reason and will not turn back on. I even connected it to a UPS to ensure it was not a power issue, and it still randomly crashed. One time, when it crashed, it wiped my hard drives clean, and their support was useless in helping me figure out why it crashed or providing methods to get the lost data back. This server is not under a heavy load either it is just used to host my portfolio website and as a backup for my photos, yet it still cannot stay up and running.

I wanted to set up a media server that wouldn’t require my constant attention, and this NAS server fills that bill in spades. I can’t speak highly enough of how well it has been working over the past few months.
