Had a pair of these that failed and the bolt into the anchor plate actually broke. This pair ....the one was fine and included the 4 screws to anchor it to the bus...the other pack had no screws and was missing a star nut. The company sent a new star nut but as it was being installed, we found the bolt that goes from the ladder and screws into the aluminum tube itself, were too long. They would only catch by a tread or two. Lowes had what I needed and it was finished.

Use at this length (12") or cut to size. You will need to push the locking washer through to the end and use it on the cut piece. Works, as advertised.

These ladder extensions worked very well with the Stromberg style ladders that is typically mounted to the RVs in production in today’s world. They are sturdy and the ones I got were painted black had all the nuts and bolts needed to complete the job of adding additional supports to the ladder. We all know that the manufacturers do not put enough supports to adequately support a full size human to go up and down the ladder. I recommend these highly.
