def recommend, inner box arrived damaged but there was no damage to the product itself- very quiet, no squeaking, although there is very quiet thumping with the steps that can get louder if you fully step down as the back of the foot pedal hits the metal bar!! its very quiet unless you have sensitive ears as i do. i also dont really trust the calories burn counter, although i am smaller than the average person so i expect that , just be mindful if you count C:

So easy to use. Such a good size when I'm done I slide it under my bed. I'm 200lbs and it is very sturdy and isn't heavy at all.

I bought this excited to have it in my office so I can be active while working on my computer. The adjustment knob is supposed to allow the steps to go higher to create a higher step but when you look at it, the adjustment knob doesn’t do anything or control tension wheel. If doing steps that are only 3 inches high is what you’re looking for. This is your product. If you really want a high step don’t waste your money.

I love this mini stepper. Its compact, I can pull it out in the mornings and hop on before work and literally go soon after. The colors are bright and the digital display is easy to read. Came on time and the pricing was great. Great addition to my little home workout section
