Installation Instruction:
1.Make sure the car has cooled down to prevent burns.
2.Open the hood, find the coolant tank, and check the coolant level. If the level is too low, add coolant to the normal range.
3.Find the fixing bolts of the expansion tank and unscrew them with a wrench.
4.Disconnect the connecting pipe connected to the expansion tank. You may need to use pliers to remove the metal clamp.
5.Lift the expansion tank and remove it from the cooling system. During this process, coolant may flow out, and a container should be prepared to catch it.
6.Gently slide the new expansion tank into the appropriate position in the engine compartment and reinstall the fixing bolts in the order they were removed.
7.Reconnect the connecting pipes connected to the expansion tank and make sure they are firm and there are no leaks.
52.Make sure the expansion tank is properly fixed and not loose or shaking.
