Paper is great but not shipped as advertised. Without counting it out, can’t tell if I’ve got 2500 pgs. No reams, all just thrown in there. Unprofessional and I can’t use more than half of it. Many pages are dirty, bent and torn.

I use this paper for printing a monthly newsletter at work. When Staples delivers, the cases are delivered in perfect condition. This last shipment was delivered by FedEx and it looks like all four cases were dropped off the back of a semi, then taped up and loaded into the FedEx truck. Otherwise, the paper is good quality for printing my newsletter.

From what I can tell the paper is fine. But the box itself was ripped and taped over. The paper most of the coverings are open. Just looks like it had a rough ride.

When the boxes arrived, they were all torn up. Thank goodness the paper was still in good shape.
