simple to mount. Attach the brackets to the side of the grill. then remove the lower screw on each side and attach the shelf. Seems sturdy and you have a little adjustment using the side screws on the grill for adjustment. my shelf had a slight convex rise in the middle but very slight. Seems secure when raised. Easy to lower and makes the grill slightly wider. Works as expected.

I use my Traeger smoker a LOT! There is very little room to manoeuvre around the smoker and balancing the full meat tray was somewhat problematic. The installation of the front shelf was a breeze. It paid for itself with the first time usage. No more dropping raw or cooked meals. The shelf folds down and sets up in mere seconds. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Tray fit perfectly. Very easy to assemble. Only thing is the color looked more of a dark gray than black. Quality of strength and finish was equal to the rest of my Traeger. Happy with the purchase.

The intial quality has exceeded my expectations. It came nicely packaged to avoided damage in shipping. Paint texture matches that of the Traeger. Color isn't a perfect match but very close. You'd swear it was an authentic Traeger product. Very well built, very sturdy when using it. The worst thing about it was the install....Traeger builds their product so well, that it was tough removing the necessary screws to install the shelf.

Installation was very easy. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete the installation by myself. The fitment is spot on. A much needed improvement for a Traeger Pro 22. Makes life much easier when transferring hot food to a pan or plate.

Just got this for Christmas. Nice sturdy shelf that should be easy enough to install. I will need to drill 4 holes in the ends of my grill in order to mount the brackets, but that should be easy enough. Other than that the install is fairly straight forward. Should make a nice addition to my grill.

Packaging was not damaged but shelf had a bend in it like someone had stepped on it. Was able to bend it back into shape.Fit the smoker ok.
