Easy to install with a crescent wrench. Connections seal tightly. No leaks.

I have a wood burning fireplace with a gas starter who's gas line was broken. This replacement works, but I wanted a 6 inch line.

Installing the new gas H-Burner would have been tough without this. Bends fairly easily and being black blends in nicely as well. No noticeable increased gas noise with this either. Had to run to Home Depot to pick up a couple of cheap adapters because of the different thread types I had. The gas Teflon tape was included, but don't use it on the flex line compression ends. The local fireplace store didn't even want to sell me any of this stuff, so their price would have likely been out of line as well. Decent price, so highly recommended.

This is perfect. Don't use regular gas line in a fireplace. It's also painted black which hides it.

I did a lot of research and bought a burner set to connect to my gas line for the fire place. The chimney guy told me that CA just changed the regulations that all gas fire place should use the flexible hose connector. Unfortunately the set I bought still have the straight steel pipe, so I found this to use with my new burner set and it fits very well. So glade everything worked out together.

The fittings are good quality, and the product works. But the term "flexibility" is used very loosely in this description. If you have to bend it, use extreme care, and use either a tube bender, or at least a 3" diameter pipe to assist the bend. If you don't, it will almost certainly crimp on you.
